As a Local Law 97 Filing Representative you will play a vital role in the filing process related to New York Citys Local Law 97 which aims to reduce greenhouse gas emissions from buildings. Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation and submission of Local Law 97 filings
• Collaborate with project managers and engineers to gather necessary documentation
• Review building performance data to ensure compliance with regulations
• Maintain accurate records of filings and compliance documents
• Support in conducting research on energy usage and emissions
• Communicate effectively with team members and external stakeholders

Requirements

• Associates degree or equivalent experience in a related field
