Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking an experienced Ultrasound Technologist with strong expertise in Vascular Ultrasound and Echocardiography. This role is ideal for a highly skilled professional who can work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced setting. Candidates must be fully proficient as no additional training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities
Perform vascular ultrasound exams including arterial venous and duplex studies
Conduct echocardiography procedures:
Adult echocardiograms
Contrast echocardiography
Stress echocardiograms (treadmill)
Produce high-quality diagnostic images for physician interpretation
Prepare and position patients; clearly explain procedures
Monitor patient condition during exams and report abnormalities
Operate maintain and troubleshoot ultrasound/echo equipment
Accurately document imaging results and maintain patient records
Ensure proper labeling handling and storage of imaging data
Follow all safety infection control and regulatory protocols
Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams
Manage workflow effectively in a high-volume environment
Participate in on-call rotations including weekends
Qualifications
ARDMS certification (Required)
RVT and/or RDCS credentials (Required)
Minimum 12 years of recent experience in vascular ultrasound and echocardiography
Demonstrated proficiency in:
Vascular ultrasound studies
Adult echocardiography
Contrast echo
Stress echocardiograms (treadmill)
BLS (Basic Life Support) certification (Required)
Strong technical analytical and patient care skills
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced clinical setting
