Role Overview: Project & ODC Operations

In this role you will act as a critical link between customers carriers/transporters vendors and internal teams to ensure seamless execution of Project Cargo and Over Dimensional Cargo (ODC) movements. The position requires strong coordination problem-solving and operational ownership in high-stakes logistics environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end execution of Project & ODC shipments ensuring timely and compliant delivery.

• Coordinate closely with customers carriers vendors and internal stakeholders for operational alignment.

• Drive execution against defined timelines milestones and project plans.

• Act as the first point of contact for operational risks delays and service issues.

• Identify and proactively resolve customer pain points to minimize disruptions.

• Align customer requirements with Maersks Logistics & Services (L&S) solutions.

• Adherence to MPLs QHSE guidelines.

• Identify system/process gaps and initiate continuous improvement actions.

• Prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced deadline-driven environment.

• Ensure timely completion of customer invoicing and vendor payments in line with defined TAT.

Who Were Looking For: A person who possesses .

• Strong customer-centric approach with the ability to manage complex expectations.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Project Logistics / ODC operations.

• Solid understanding of ODC transport modes. (route surveys heavy lift multimodal Port/CFS Operations etc.)

• Understanding of importance QHSE requirement.

• Advanced Excel and presentation/Communication skills.

• Working Knowledge of Cargo wise 1 (CW1) system will be an added advantage.

• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional coordination ability.

• Process-driven approach with attention to detail.

• Self-starter with the ability to multitask and adapt priorities quickly.
