Job Summary

Thehotelhousekeepingsupervisorisresponsibleforoverseeingandtraininghousekeepingstaffensuringthathotel

rooms and facilities are kept in a clean and orderly condition in line with hotel policies and guest satisfaction.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Supervisingandtraininghousekeepingstafftomaintainhighstandardsofworkandguestsatisfaction.
  • Managinghousekeepingsuppliesandequipmentensuringallnecessarymaterialsareavailableandproperlystored.
  • Coordinatingspecialprojectssuchasdeepcleaningvermincontrolandroominventories.
  • Conductingtrainingsessionsforhousekeepingcolleaguesasrequired.
  • Performingroominspectionstoensurecompliancewith5-starresortstandards.
  • Maintainingaccuraterecordsonstaffperformanceguestsatisfactionlevelsandotherhotelstandards.
  • Ensuringcompliancewithlocalregulationsconcerninghealthsafetyorothercompliancerequirements.
  • Attendingallpropertytrainingsandmeetingsasrequired.
  • Other duties as needed
  • Variable days and hours based on occupancy. Must be available for weekends.
