Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily service lane and customer relationships
- Write accurate repair orders and explain recommendations
- Communicate with technicians to keep work moving
- Provide timely updates and a professional customer experience
Qualifications
- 2 years as a Service Advisor/Writer in a franchised dealership
- Experience in high-volume environments
- Strong communication organization and technical understanding
- Familiarity with DMS systems (CDK Reynolds ADP etc.)
- Valid drivers license
