Job Description: Live Chat Support Agent at Meyer Plastics Inc
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide customer support through live chat for inquiries issues and product information
- Assist customers in navigating the website placing orders and resolving any technical difficulties
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries with accurate information and a professional attitude
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure timely resolution of customer concerns
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions
Essential Qualifications:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Basic knowledge of plastic materials and manufacturing processes
Desired Experience:
- Minimum 1 year of customer service experience preferably in a live chat or online support role
- Familiarity with CRM systems and live chat platforms
Salary & Benefits:
