Summary:
Develop and implement manufacturing plans tooling strategies and production methodologies
Participate in Integrated Product Teams (IPTs) to deliver cross-functional technical solutions
Create and maintain program architecture for production builds
Conduct producibility and variation analyses to ensure process capability meets requirements
Analyze design/build concepts to ensure efficient and producible solutions
Develop and maintain Bill of Materials (BOM) and detailed work instructions
Identify and resolve technical issues impacting cost schedule and performance
Validate and ensure production readiness for complex engineering solutions
Implement and support Lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement initiatives
Document and share producibility best practices
Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Engineering Engineering Technology Computer Science Data Science Mathematics Physics Chemistry or related field
5 years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
Experience developing and maintaining manufacturing plans BOMs and work instructions
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work in a cross-functional team environment
Must be a U.S. Person (as defined by ITAR).
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience supporting aerospace or defense programs
Experience with 3D model-based instructions
Familiarity with tools such as Siemens NX CREO CATIA DELMIA IVT VisVSA PrimeR Aurora
Experience with Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES/MESci)
Experience reviewing and approving engineering deliverables (installation plans tooling etc.)
