Responsibilities include providing technical support training customers on equipment operation preparing service documentation and collaborating with the engineering and sales teams to address client needs. Travel to customer locations will be an essential part of this role.
Qualifications
Experience with equipment installation maintenance and technical troubleshooting
Practical knowledge of electrical mechanical and pneumatic systems
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings schematics and manuals
Strong problem-solving organizational and communication skills
Proficiency with tools testing equipment and software used for equipment diagnostics
Willingness to travel frequently and work onsite at customer locations
Associates degree in Electrical Engineering Mechanical Engineering or a related field preferred
Previous work experience in industrial equipment service or in manufacturing industries is a plus
Ability to work independently adapt to dynamic environments and prioritize multiple tasks effectively
