Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Travel & Local Assignments Concord NH
We are hiring experienced Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) for 13-week assignments at a premier skilled nursing and rehabilitation center in Concord New Hampshire. This facility provides a supportive environment for nurses dedicated to high-quality patient care and long-term recovery.
Assignment Details- Location: Concord NH 03301
- Duration: 13 weeks
- Shift Options:
- 8-hour Evenings (3:00 PM 11:00 PM)
- 12-hour Days (7:00 AM 7:30 PM)
- Guaranteed Hours: 36 or 40 hours/week (depending on shift)
- On-call: None
- Candidate Type: Open to both Local and Travel candidates
- Competitive weekly pay based on market rates

- Provide comprehensive nursing care to residents in a long-term care and rehabilitation setting.
- Administer medications and treatments according to established clinical protocols.
- Monitor patient vitals and health status ensuring timely documentation of changes.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary clinical team to implement personalized care plans.
- Maintain high standards of patient safety and infection control.
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of recent LPN experience (Long-term care experience preferred).
- License: Active New Hampshire or Compact LPN License.
- Certification: Current AHA BLS certification.
- Skills: Strong clinical assessment skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
