About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented Precision Polishing Technician to support the finishing and assembly of medical device components in a regulated manufacturing environment. This role involves hands-on polishing precision assembly and quality-focused production work requiring excellent manual dexterity and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities
Perform precision polishing and finishing of small medical device components
Assemble multi-component parts according to work instructions
Inspect parts to ensure quality and production standards are met
Maintain a clean organized and safety-compliant workstation
Support production flow in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED
1-3 years of experience in manufacturing production or mechanical assembly
Strong attention to detail and hand-eye coordination
Good manual dexterity and ability to work with small components
Ability to follow detailed work instructions and quality procedures
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in precision manufacturing polishing or machine shop environments
Technical training in manufacturing or mechanical assembly
Familiarity with cleanroom or regulated production environments
Available Shifts
1st Shift: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
2nd Shift: 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM
3rd Shift: 11:00 PM - 7:30 AM
Weekend Shift: Three 12-hour shifts (36 hours worked paid for 40)
