This is an opportunity to provide evidence-based play-focused pediatric therapy in a collaborative innovative environment designed to help children thrive.

As an TA/BT Flex at Blue Bird Day you will provide support and applied behavior analysis (ABA) therapy to children ages 2-7 years old with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) ADHD sensory processing disorder and other neurodiverse needs. Youll foster each childs cognitive social emotional adaptive and developmental growth through:

• Providing individualized therapy and group therapy support
• Collecting data on programming
• Implementing evidence-based intervention plans under the supervision of a BCBA
• Collaborating daily with physical and speech therapists and social workers
• Documenting progress and communicating with families to support continuity of care
