E2E Delivery Lead Onboard Vehicle Systems & 3D Cameras Mechelen Belgium Start Date: May 2026
Overview We are looking for a hands-on E2E Delivery Lead to take full ownership of the rollout and stabilization of onboard vehicle systems including 3D counting cameras. You will be responsible for ensuring reliable end-to-end performancefrom hardware and connectivity to data deliverywithin a complex technical and operational environment.
Key Responsibilities
Take end-to-end ownership of system delivery (vehicle connectivity data)
Lead rollout stabilization and transition to operational excellence
Optimize installation processes testing procedures and field operations
Ensure system reliability and structurally reduce data loss
Coordinate hardware vendors installation teams and maintenance teams
Collaborate with data teams and business stakeholders
Manage planning logistics and resource allocation for deployments
Drive issue resolution across hardware connectivity and data layers
Navigate governance processes (EPMO procurement finance) to enable delivery
Requirements
Strong experience in complex technical project delivery
Proven ability to manage teams subcontractors and stakeholders
Extensive experience (8 years) with relevant technologies or similar environments
Strong technical understanding of hardware connectivity and system integration
Experience in hands-on delivery roles (not purely managerial)
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
Strong communication and leadership capabilities
Dutch language proficiency at C2 level (mandatory)
Nice to Have
Experience in public transport IoT or vehicle systems
Experience with field installations and hardware operations
Knowledge of governance procurement and financial processes
Technical/engineering degree or equivalent experience
