The Operations Specialist is responsible for supporting and improving day-to-day business operations ensuring efficiency consistency and alignment with organizational goals. This role analyzes workflows coordinates cross-functional processes and implements operational improvements to enhance productivity and performance.
The Operations Specialist works closely with internal teams including finance customer success HR and leadership to streamline operations and support business growth in a fully remote environment.
This is a fully remote position; however applicants must currently reside in the United States and be legally authorized to work in the U.S. Applications from individuals residing outside the United States will not be considered.
Key Responsibilities
Support daily operational activities across departments
Analyze workflows and identify opportunities for process improvement
Develop and maintain operational procedures and documentation
Coordinate cross-functional projects and initiatives
Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics
Prepare reports and dashboards for leadership review
Assist in budgeting forecasting and resource planning activities
Ensure compliance with internal policies and operational standards
Collaborate with teams to resolve operational issues and inefficiencies
Support implementation of tools systems and automation initiatives
Required Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Business Administration Operations Management or related field
25 years of experience in operations business analysis or process improvement roles
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent organizational and time management abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis tools
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously
Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with project management or workflow tools such as Asana Trello or
Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Microsoft Power BI
Experience in process improvement methodologies (Lean Six Sigma)
Knowledge of business operations in SaaS finance healthcare or technology industries
