About the Role
Join an international customer support team and help travellers around the world with their accommodation needs.
You will act as the link between customers and providers ensuring smooth communication and high-quality service across bookings payments and general inquiries.
What youll do
Support customers via email and phone
Help solve booking payment and service-related questions
Mediate between travellers and accommodation providers
Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
Follow internal processes and guidelines
Requirements
Danish: C1-C2
English: B2-C1
Good communication and listening skills
Problem-solving mindset
Comfortable using basic PC tools (email CRM etc.)
No previous experience required
Customer service experience is a plus (not mandatory)

22249 gross/year
Hybrid work model
Fixed schedule (rotating shifts between 09:0020:00)

Initial training (3 weeks) ongoing coaching
