Team Member of the Quarter & Year Awards
Hours of operation:5:00 a.m. 1:00 p.m. M-F and 6:00 a.m. - 11:00 a.m. on rotating Saturdays.
Responsibilities and Duties:
Greet clients and visitors; verify IDs and manage sign-in process
Monitor lobby activity and support smooth client flow
Assist with client check-in during dosing (collect payments confirm info)
Provide front desk coverage as needed (breaks and peak times)
Answer inquiries and coordinate with community providers
Perform administrative tasks and assist with weekly reports
Support telehealth visits (set up providers/clients for virtual appointments)
Assist Program Director with daily operations
Qualifications and Skills:
High school diploma or equivalent
One (1) year experience as a general office clerk with basic math and accounting skills and previous cash handling experience preferably in the health care field.
Excellent computer skills to include proficiency with Microsoft Office.
Meet state requirements for employment in an opioid treatment program.
We follow federal guidelines regarding prohibited substances even those legal at the state level
Current drivers license in the state in which they reside.
