The Opportunity

As a Tire Sales Specialistyoullwork inside a premium OEM dealership using your tire knowledge to guide customers drive sales and deliver exceptional service experience.

WhatYoullDo

• Sell tires on the service drive and exceed sales goals

• Inspect vehicles andidentifytire needs

• Diagnose issues recommend solutions and provideaccuratequotes

• Ensure services are completed as promised

• Build strong relationships with customers and dealership staff

• Resolve customer concerns and ensure satisfaction

• Support inventory store operations and technician coordination

WhatWereLooking For

• 2 years of tire industry experience (required)
  (Retail tire service or dealership experience strongly preferred)

• Customer-facing experience with a sales mindset

• Strong communicationand relationship-building skills

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced service drive environment

• Basic computerproficiency(MS Office order systems)

Physical Requirements

• On your feet 78 hours per shift

• Able to inspect 80100 vehicles per day

• Lift up to 75lbsunassisted
