This role will serve as the technical risk Application Program Interface (API) integrations and quality assurance oversight leadfor NA-11s Program Management Information System (PMIS); acting as a technical liaison between the core NA-11 internal project team and the vendor development team throughout the project lifecycle.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Identifying and mitigating technical risk throughout the project lifecycle
Acting as a technical liaison between the NA-11 core team and vendor team to translate technical requirements into viable system capabilities with real-world operability
Providing quality assurance oversight to the vendor development teams and ensuring acceptance criteria requirements are met prior to project advancement
Contributing to the data migration management and governance protocols in anticipation of long-term PMIS sustainment and operations
Providing ongoing risk status updates aligned to key project decision-gate milestones
Assessing vendor technical decisions to evaluation potential downstream risk impacts
Flagging gaps between planned and delivered product components
Assuring PMIS architecture solutions compatibility with NNSA enterprise IT infrastructure and security requirements
Signing off on final enterprise operational readiness prior to deployment
Identifying integration dependencies and overseeing the configuration process
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
A Q-clearance or equivalent
Deep familiarity with enterprise software deployments in federal defense environments particularly within NNSA
Working knowledge of federal cybersecurity compliance requirements
Comfortability translating technical expertise for lay audiences during briefings and status reports
Experience with dual-system architecture handling classified data sets
Prior experience operating or configuring federal program management information systems is a significant plus
LOCATION:This position is on-site or hybrid in Washington DC.
SALARY:Salaries are determined based on several factors including external market data internal equity and the candidates related knowledge skills and abilities for the position. The salary range for this position is 175k-195k.
