Job Summary

Martin Primary School is seeking personnel to work in the afterschool program. The program is hiring for the 26-27 school year both for hourly workers and for a program lead.

Afterschool personnel provide student supervision with indoor and outdoor activities and with homework help. They also assist with record-keeping and pickups. The hours are 2:30-5:30.

Pay Scale

Lead Position:

Certified Staff:$31.25/hour
Non-Certified Staff or College Students:$16.50/hour and up(based on experience)

Worker Position:

Certified Staff:$13.00/hour and up
Educational Assistants:$13.00/hour and up
College or High School Students:$13.00/hour and up

Lead Responsibilities

Schedule and support Kids Club staff
Work closely with Angie Rushing on payroll
Manage the Brightwheel platform (check-in/out billing payments)
Ensure accounts remain current and assist with January tax documents
Train new staff
Communicate regularly with parents
Help promote the program at the beginning of the year
Other duties as needed
