We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient care while supporting residents with professionalism empathy and strong clinical expertise.
Responsibilities:- Deliver direct nursing care to residents in accordance with care plans and physician orders
- Monitor patient conditions and document changes accurately
- Administer medications and treatments safely and efficiently
- Collaborate with physicians nursing staff and interdisciplinary teams
- Maintain accurate medical records and ensure compliance with facility policies
- Provide emotional support and education to residents and families
- Respond effectively to emergency situations and changing patient needs
- Active California (CA) RN License required
- Current CPR Certification required
- Previous experience in a Long-Term Care or Skilled Nursing Facility preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
- Dependable organized and maintains excellent attendance
- Ability to work collaboratively with staff residents and families
- Adaptable empathetic enthusiastic and resourceful personality
- Good physical and mental health with strong clinical judgment
