The Learning Experience Worcester is hiring a certified Infant Kead Teachers to join our opening team. This role focuses on creating a nurturing responsive environment where infants build secure attachments explore through sensory experiences and begin early communication development.
Joining a new center opening offers the opportunity to help establish classroom routines and culture from day one.
Key Responsibilities
Support daily routines for infants ages 6 weeks to 12 months
Provide attentive care including feeding diapering and nap supervision
Plan developmentally appropriate sensory learning experiences
Maintain a clean safe and organized classroom environment
Observe and document developmental milestones
Communicate regularly with families about routines and progress
Strong understanding of responsive caregiving practices
Reliable collaborative and nurturing teaching approach
Compensation: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
