The Learning Experience Dedham is seeking an experienced Center Director / Co-Director to oversee operations and maintain program excellence across our classrooms.
Responsibilities
Lead daily center operations and staff performance Recruit coach and retain high-quality teaching teams Ensure consistent implementation of the L.E.A.P. curriculum Maintain compliance with Massachusetts EEC licensing standards Support enrollment growth through tours and family engagement Oversee staffing scheduling and budget performance Build strong relationships with families and community partners
Qualifications
Director I and Director II certification required Bachelors degree in Early Childhood Education Business or related field preferred Minimum 2 years preschool leadership experience required Strong knowledge of Massachusetts licensing regulations Excellent leadership and communication skills
