Job Summary
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and lead a team of electricians in installing maintaining and repairing electrical systems.
Review project plans drawings and specifications to ensure proper implementation of electrical work.
Allocate tasks monitor progress and ensure work quality meets project requirements.
Conduct regular inspections to identify potential hazards and ensure adherence to safety regulations.
Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues as they arise on-site.
Coordinate with other trades and site managers to ensure smooth workflow.
Maintain accurate records of materials used and work completed.
Train and mentor team members to enhance their skills and safety awareness.
Ensure all electrical installations comply with industry standards and project specifications.
Report project progress and any challenges to senior management regularly.
