RESPONSIBILITIES:
Supervise nursing staff and support the delivery of high-quality resident care
Administer medications treatments and nursing services in accordance with physician orders and facility policies
Monitor resident conditions and ensure appropriate interventions documentation and communication occur
Collaborate with residents families physicians and interdisciplinary team members to support individualized care plans
Provide coaching training and mentorship to nursing staff to promote professional growth and teamwork
Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations infection control practices and facility policies
Maintain accurate documentation of resident care treatments and clinical outcomes
Address clinical concerns staffing issues and resident care needs to ensure continuity of care
Perform additional duties as assigned
REQUIREMENTS:
High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associates Degree preferred
Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing preferred
Strong clinical assessment communication and organizational skills
Ability to lead mentor and support nursing staff
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
Commitment to providing compassionate resident-centered care
