Position: Physical Therapist - Outpatient Center Manager

Location: Charlton MA

Schedule: Monday through Friday

Compensation: Salary from $90k to $115k based on experience

Incentives: sign on bonus up to $20k and student debt repayment

At Select Physical Therapy we take pride in creating an exceptional patient experience helping our patients get back to athletics work life and the things they love.

Charlton location is about 40% federally funded (medicare) those patients are probably 50% total joints (knees more than hips) the rest are geriatric patients spanning balance/fall risk patients and general deconditioned older adults.

The remaining 60% are probably half youth patients and half active adults. We see a wide range of post operative patients (rotator cuffs ACLs etc).

The Center has been open and busy since 2013. We have opportunity to grow our relationships with the local high schools. Two therapists working there full time long time Select employees. PSS in place for long time as well.

Our outpatient orthopedic physical therapy center is actively seeking a physical therapist to lead and provide exceptional patient care experiences as an outpatient center this role you will oversee our outpatient orthopedic therapy team providing preventative and rehab services that maximize functionality and promote the well-being of our patients.

• Help grow and manage our centers physician relationships and patient portfolios
• Expand and develop a team of talented PTs and physical therapist assistants (PTAs)

• Must be a graduate of an accredited school of physical therapy
• Valid State Physical Therapist License is required to start
• CPR Certification
