We are seeking motivated and dependable Seasonal Security Officers to join our Bravo Patrol team for peak season operations. This position plays a key role in maintaining safety enforcing community rules and protecting a private lake and surrounding residential areas.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct proactive vehicle patrols throughout the community with a focus on lake areas and high-traffic zones
Monitor and enforce fishing regulations and lake use policies
Identify and address trespassing activity and unauthorized lake access
Enforce HOA rules and regulations in a professional and consistent manner
Respond to calls for service suspicious activity and resident concerns
Provide a visible security presence to deter violations and enhance community safety
Complete detailed incident reports and daily activity logs
Specialized Duties:
Receive training in basic boat operations and lake patrol procedures
Assist with on-water patrols including monitoring lake activity
Perform boat towing and assist disabled watercraft as needed
Support seasonal enforcement efforts related to increased lake usage
Qualifications:
Valid drivers license with a clean driving record
Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
Strong communication and decision-making skills
Ability to handle situations calmly and professionally
Prior security law enforcement or boating experience is a plus but not required
Schedule:
Seasonal position (peak season coverage)
Must be available to work evenings weekends and holidays

Self-motivated individuals who can work independently
Strong observational skills and attention to detail
Professional demeanor when interacting with residents and guests
Willingness to take on a dynamic role that includes both land and water operations
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS (NICE TO HAVE):
Ability to speak read and write in multiple languages (e.g. Spanish Portuguese French Arabic)
Prior security military or law enforcement experience
