This role requires strong technical expertise leadership ability attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work and customer
- Minimum 3 years of HVAC installation experience
- Strong knowledge of installing commercial and residential AC systems
- Ability to work in hot humid environments and confined spaces (attics rooftops crawl spaces)
- Experience leading crews and managing job sites
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- EPA Universal Certification (required)
- Strong organizational communication and problem-solving skills
- Professional demeanor with a focus on excellent customer service
- Reliable and able to work 40 hours per week
- Weekly pay with optional direct deposit
