Job Summary

We are hiring a Head of Derivatives / Portfolio Manager to build and lead a new ETF platform focused on options and derivatives-based strategies.

This is a high-impact leadership role where you will design and manage innovative ETF strategies (e.g. covered call collars systematic options) drive portfolio construction and risk management and partner across product trading and distribution teams to scale the platform.

What youll do:

Launch and manage derivatives-based ETF strategies
Own portfolio construction risk and hedging frameworks
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners on execution and product development
Contribute to multi-asset investment ideas across equities rates credit and volatility
Support client engagement and help drive product growth

What were looking for:

5 10 years of derivatives portfolio management experience
Strong expertise in options ETF strategies and risk management
Macro-driven investment mindset with hands-on execution ability
Entrepreneurial mindset with interest in building a new platform
Series 7 & 63 required

Location: New York (preferred) Chicago or Boston

Compensation: $250K $300K base Benefits
