To fulfill this mission Senior LIFE is seeking hardworking dedicating and compassionate professionals to join its team with the RegisteredDietitian being one of the most important roles.
The ideal candidate must be an ADA Registered Dietitian have a valid drivers license and must have one years experience working specifically with an elderly or aging population.

Requirements of the Dietitian
Must be ADA Registered Dietitian
Must have a valid Drivers License
Must have one years experience working specifically with an elderly or aging population
Responsibilities of the Registered Dietitian:
This position oversees all nutrition and nutrition-related education throughout the center including:
Developing comprehensive nutritional plans for each member in line with his/her care plan
Implementing nutrition-based care plans and supplements then evaluating members for improvement/change
Visiting in-home members to conduct initial intakes and dietary planning then conducting ongoing visits/evaluation to check on progress and compliance
Communicating nutritional plans to physicians nurses family members and caregivers
Ensuring best practices are established and maintained in the LIFE Center kitchen and food prep areas including food spoilage and sanitation
Managing and working within the LIFE Center nutritional budget
Working as part of a larger member interdisciplinary team and serving as the voice of members nutrition/dietary needs
