- Partner with business stakeholders to understand operational challenges and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Gather analyze and document business and system requirements.
- Develop Business Requirements Documents (BRDs) Functional Requirements Documents (FRDs) user stories process flows and acceptance criteria.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings with cross-functional teams to define project requirements.
- Collaborate with developers architects and vendors to deliver effective technology solutions.
- Support software implementations enhancements and system upgrades.
- Participate in solution design to ensure business requirements align with enterprise architecture and operational needs.
- Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) integration testing and regression testing to validate solutions.
- Assist with implementation planning and production deployments.
- Investigate production issues and partner with technical teams to resolve system incidents.
- Monitor system performance and recommend process improvements.
- Use data analysis and reporting to identify trends and support business decisions.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across warehouse and distribution operations.
- Create user documentation process guides and training materials.
- Support end-user training and knowledge transfer activities.
- Maintain accurate documentation for implemented solutions and future enhancements.
- Bachelors degree in Business Information Systems Supply Chain Computer Science or a related field OR equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Experience gathering business requirements and documenting business processes.
- Strong analytical problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Willingness to travel up to 25% as needed.
- SQL querying and relational databases (Oracle or Microsoft SQL Server)
- Warehouse Management Transportation Management or Order Management systems
- Supply chain or distribution operations
- Business intelligence tools such as Power BI or IBM Cognos
- Integration technologies (XML webMethods Oracle Fusion Middleware or similar)
- User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and software implementation projects
- Warehouse automation technologies including barcode scanners printers conveyors or related equipment
- IT support within warehouse or manufacturing environments
