WHO YOULL WORK WITH

As our Senior Developer theyll partner closely with Product and Design teams to drive seasonal product from concept through commercialization. This role requires strong crossfunctional collaboration across Nike and Jordan teams including GLAM Sourcing & Costing global manufacturing partners and triad teams working across Nike offices and business units.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are looking for a creative and technically strong Sr. Developer to join the NA Local Creation Jordan Apparel Team bringing iconic Jordan silhouettes to life through bold storytelling graphics print and color. The ideal candidate is a proactive self-starting problem solver with strong project management skills and excellent communication and able to collaborate across geographies to deliver premium product. This role emphasizes deep technical apparel development expertiseincluding construction pattern work and fitwhile requiring the ability to apply tools effectively navigate ambiguity and drive solutions under tight timelines with speed and precision.

• Bachelors degree in Apparel Design Product Development Textiles Graphic Design Merchandising or related field. Will accept any suitable combination of education experience and training.
• 5 years in Product Creation (Development Merchandising Operations Production or R&D)
• Strong technical expertise in apparel development including construction pattern making cut & sew and fit; ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues in real time
• Proficiency in CLO Optitex and Adobe Illustrator with applied use in patterning prototyping and fit iteration workflows
• Ability to translate design intent into 2D/3D solutions balancing technical execution with graphics and engineered print feasibility
• Proven ability to operate in fast-paced ambiguous environments; anticipates risks solves problems proactively and adapts quickly to change
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication skills; able to influence partners and navigate complex situations
• Self-starter with strong ownership organization and decision-making skills; manages multiple projects and timelines effectively
• Ability to travel up to 5% (domestic and international)

WHAT YOULL WORK ON

You will drive the creation of trend-right Jordan Apparel from concept through to production translating design intent into manufacturable solutions. You lead protos manage fit and patterns oversee materials and graphics execution and partner across Product Design GLAM and global manufacturing to bring innovative concepts to life.

• Partner closely with Product Design and cross-functional triad teams across geographies to align vision solve problems and keep development moving at speed
• Lead development with a strong focus on technical execution including pattern work fit prototyping and graphic/engineered print application
• Own silhouette redevelopment end-to-endfrom tech packs through pattern conversion fit approvals and final executionensuring Jordan standards are met
• Manage timelines documentation and data accuracy while making real-time decisions that balance quality cost and speed to market
• Operate effectively in fast-paced environments with shifting priorities; proactively identify risks adapt plans and solve problems on the fly in partnership with global manufacturing and team members
