Job Summary

OurPatient Access Assistantsare the first point of contact for our patients and visitors and perform registration duties within the clinic. This role requires independent analysis exercise of judgment and detailed knowledge of facility procedures related to the work performed. You will be responsible for verifying patient and insurance information scheduling appointments obtaining and identifying information necessary to produce billable patient accounts and more!
- Schedule
- Full-time 70 hours every two weeks Paynesville Hospital
- Various days Monday Friday
- Typical working hours 12:30 pm - 9:00 pm or 2:30 pm - 9:00 pm with occasional need to work as early as 6:00 am
- Every third weekend working 7:30 am 4:00 pm Rotating holidays
- Pay and Benefits
- Starting pay begins at $18.28 per hour and increases with experience
- Pay range: $17.00 - $25.54 per hour

- Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year clerical administrative or customer service experience -OR-
- 1 year of prior scheduling billing patient access accounts receivable and/or collections experience
