Position Overview
We are seeking a Pediatric Occupational Therapist to provide high-quality therapeutic services in an acute care hospital setting. The role focuses on supporting pediatric patients in developing recovering and improving essential daily living and motor skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide occupational therapy services to pediatric patients in an acute care setting
- Evaluate patient needs and develop individualized treatment plans
- Deliver therapeutic interventions to improve functional independence and developmental outcomes
- Maintain appropriate documentation of patient evaluations progress and treatment plans
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary care teams to support patient-centered care
- Manage a daily caseload of pediatric patients
- Ensure adherence to clinical protocols and safety standards
Requirements
- Occupational Therapy experience sufficient to work independently and proficiently in pediatrics
- First-time travelers accepted
- Ability to manage a pediatric caseload effectively
- Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
- Willingness to work assigned schedule consistently
- Ability to meet documentation and compliance standards
