Lia Auto Group is seeking an experienced Parts Manager(s) to lead our parts department(s).
Compensation Range: $90K -$130K

REQUIREMENTS:
5 years of automotive parts experience
Previous Parts Manager or Assistant Parts Manager experience preferred
Strong understanding of inventory management and controls
Experience with wholesale parts operations
Proven leadership and team development skills
Strong organizational and communication abilities
Customer-focused mindset
Clean and Valid drivers license
Franchise dealership experience preferred
Experience growing wholesale business preferred
Understanding of department financial statements and KPIs preferred
CDK Reynolds Dealertrack or similar DMS experience preferred
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Leading all daily parts department operations
Managing inventory levels stocking strategy and obsolescence control
Driving wholesale growth and developing new account relationships
Improving department profitability and operational efficiency
Hiring training coaching and developing team members
Maintaining strong relationships with service sales and wholesale customers
Monitoring key performance indicators and departmental financial performance
Ensuring accurate pricing receiving and inventory processes
Working closely with dealership leadership to achieve growth objectives
