YOUR LIFE AS A MAJOR ACCOUNTS SALES EXECUTIVE

This full-time business development position works during the day.

As a Major Accounts Sales Executive with our software company youre responsible for overseeing and executing all aspects of the sales cycle. This includes self-generating leads qualifying prospects identifying client needs closing sales and ensuring a smooth transition from the proposal process to successful onboarding and integration. You aggressively seek out new business opportunities to develop new leads and schedule initial appointments to present our services to business owners in person. Through in-person meetings you prepare and present proposals to convert leads into new business deals.

Additionally you close sales and transition new clients to onboarding. You then conduct follow up with new clients to ensure theyre satisfied with our services and see if they have any questions or concerns. Your exceptional customer service skills help our business continuously grow and you take great pride in knowing you serve in such an important role!

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU

• 5 years of experience in B2B sales with a proven track record of success in selling HCM or payroll services
• Experience selling to Major Accounts and managing complex sales cycles
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or related field preferred
• Knowledge of HCM software solutions is a plus
