Fleet Mechanic

This is a full-time (40hrs per week) hourly position.

Desired Skills & Experience:

• Must have 2 years minimum experience in work related to preventative maintenance and services. Structures has a constant need for keeping our fleet up and running efficiently.
• Experience is required in diagnosing troubleshooting and repairing hydraulic fuel and electrical systems on gas and diesel powered trucks as well as heavy construction equipment and small tools.
• Experience with heavy equipment diagnosing and repairing hydraulic and electrical systems is mandatory.
• CDL with excellent MVR is preferred to help in delivering equipment to projects. Operation of mobile service truck to and from various jobsites will be required.
• Ability to operate and work around heavy construction equipment (all-terrain forklifts skid steers backhoes etc.) is required.
• Must have ability to maintain a can do attitude and ability to work with all team members in a fast-paced environment.
• A pre-employment background and drug screen is required.
• Must provide own tools.
• Room for growth.

Physical Demands:

• Stoop bend crouch reach kneel and climb frequently
• Occasionally lift up to 70 lbs.
• Frequently lift and carry objects weighing up to 50 lbs.
• Repetitive use of hands and wrists with various tools including fine motor movements and manipulations
• Walk on uneven ground; exposure to cold/hot temperatures and dusty or dirty/greasy surroundings
