Job Summary
- Sr. Mechanical Engineer
- BSc. Mechanical

- UPDA : Grade A
- BIM Capability is Mandatory (EIR-PWA)
- Consultant Experience
- Buildings Experience
- Previous Approval from PWA is preferable
- Duration: 12 Months (Extendable)
Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage mechanical engineering activities on building construction projects including HVAC plumbing fire-fighting and drainage systems.

Review and finalize mechanical design drawings shop drawings material submittals and method statements to ensure compliance with project specifications and codes.

Coordinate with consultants architects structural engineers and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution.

Conduct site inspections to ensure installation works are executed as per approved drawings quality standards and safety requirements.

Monitor progress of mechanical works and assist in preparing work schedules resource plans and progress reports.

Identify technical issues and propose effective practical engineering solutions.

Support testing commissioning and handover of mechanical systems.

Ensure adherence to local authority regulations (e.g. Qatar Civil Defense Kahramaa Ashghal etc. if in Qatar)
