Job Summary
Job Summary:
A proactive and organized Executive Secretary to provide high-level administrative support to senior management ensuring smooth workflow and effective communication.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage executive calendars and schedule meetings
- Draft review and manage correspondence and reports
- Take meeting minutes and create/ distribute resulting tasks and assignments
- Manage archiving and document control
- Phrase internal and external formal communications
- Coordinate travel arrangements and event planning
- Act as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in executive-level administrative and secretarial roles
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite
- Fluent in English/ Arabic
- Male
