Position Title: Senior Security Researcher
Location: St. Petersburg FL Melbourne FL

We are looking for a committed CNO Developer to join our Cyber security team. You will solve uniquely challenging problems for our Defense and Homeland Security customers.Get s#it done.
This position requires an Active US Top Secret security clearance and the ability to upgrade to TS/SCI Special Access Program access
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
- Build offense-grade software that operates in denied constrained and adversarial environments
- Design implement and debug custom CNO capabilities across userland kernel and network layers
- Tear down modernize and re-engineer legacy and acquired tooling for performance stealth and maintainability
- Develop software that runs where defenders dont want it (Windows Linux/Unix embedded mobile and network devices)
- Perform deep binary analysis and reverse engineering across architectures and calling conventions
- Own and evolve reproducible build systems toolchains and test harnesses
- Work close to the metal: compilers loaders memory execution flow and runtime behavior
- Travel as determined by the customer
WHAT YOU HAVE DONE
- Significant experience programming in C and Python
- Direct experience developing CNO or exploit capabilities
- Embedded or firmware development experience on resource-constrained systems
- Experience developing in one (1) or more of the following:
- Windows applications using Visual Studio environments
- UNIX applications using make files or comparable build environments
- Familiarity with software version control tools (e.g. Git Subversion or CVS)
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipeline concepts and tools (e.g. Jenkins GitLab or Bamboo)
- Experience using software debugging/troubleshooting tools and techniques
- Software Analysis/Reverse Engineering experience
- Comfort writing assembly or mixed C/ASM when the problem demands it
- Excellent oral written and interpersonal skills as well as the ability to effectively interact with customers
EVEN BETTER
- Mentored and coached other engineers or fulfilled the role of Tech Lead
- Experience working across OSI layers including packet-level analysis and manipulation
