Job Specifications
0 - 3 years of previous work experience with a facilities management company.
University Degree / Bachelors Degree in Engineering
General knowledge of all mechanical electrical civil and architectural systems.
Good experience managing light utility and building cleaning operations.
Must have effective workforce management skills.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office scheduling and planning.
Working knowledge of building management systems.
Effective communication and computer skills.
