To support flexibility and attract exceptional clinicians we offer two compensation modules for our therapy team members: Hourly Compensation and Pay-Per-Visit (PPV). Each model is designed to ensure fairness transparency and growth while maintaining consistency in patient care.

Flexible Schedule Options:

Design a work schedule that fits your lifestyle! Choose from:

• A traditional 40-hour work week
• Four 9-hour days with a half-day Friday or
• Four 10-hour days for a longer weekend
