Job Summary

NOK is currently hiring for a very well-known ecommerce company.

Handle incoming chats telephone contacts and solve them in a timely manner and efficient manner

Working Hours are 8 productive Hours 1 Hr Of break (Total 9 Hrs)

Annual leave Sick and Maternity as per Egyptian labor law

Social insurance Coverage with the maximum ceiling according to the gross salaries as per law

Requirments:

Strong problem-solving communication and team player

Fluent in English and Arabic

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
