• We provide a competitive base salary of $72000 uncapped commissions & bonuses

• Leverage warm leads existing contacts referrals and your existing professional contacts to drive new business
• Build and maintain relationships with commercial decision-makers
• Generate new business through prospecting networking and industry events
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to close using CRM tools
• Secure Pre-Loss Agreements with commercial clients
• Collaborate with operations teams to ensure successful project execution
• Participate in a rotating on-call schedule for emergency restoration leads where you earn the commission on secured emergency work

• 2 years of B2B outside sales experience (restoration construction or facilities services preferred)
• Proven ability to prospect network and build strong client relationships
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple sales opportunities at once
• Comfortable in a performance-driven sales environment
• Willing to participate in after-hours emergency lead rotation
• Valid Oregon drivers license with a clean driving record (past 3 years)
• Able to pass a background check (dating back to age 18) and pre-employment drug screening
