Location: Greater Carrollwood area (Tampa/Hillsborough County)
Position Type: Full-Time Employee (not contract)
Base Salary: $78000$84000/year
Bonus Potential: Up to $6000 in performance incentives

What Youll Do:

  • Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Provide clinical supervision and coaching to RBTs and junior staff
  • Collaborate with families teachers and interdisciplinary teams including OTs and SLPs
  • Emphasize trauma-informed assent-based and evidence-based ABA approaches
  • Support caregiver training and skill generalization across environments
  • Participate in structured learning sessions and peer case reviews
