Service Engineer

As a Service Engineer youll lead the charge in delivering high-quality service to our customers. From troubleshooting complex issues to training operators and supporting contract performance youll play a key role in ensuring our equipmentand our customer relationshipsrun smoothly.

As a part of our Customer Service Operations team you will be first in the field to maintain food processing and packaging equipment at our customers facilities. • Travel to customer sites to:
  • Perform preventive and corrective maintenance troubleshooting and installations
  • Analyze technical issues and escalate when needed using standard operating processes
  • Train customer operators and support production efficiency
• Monitor service contracts and contribute to business development
• Ensure compliance with safety food quality and reporting standards
• Represent Tetra Pak professionally and contribute ideas for improving customer operations and service delivery
• Maintain a clean safe work environment
• Follow all safety protocols in accordance to OHS and Tetra Pak safety regulations and promote a safe working culture in the team

• Up to three years of experience in maintenance service or installation positions.
• Educational background in industrial systems automation or process engineering.
• Solid understanding of mechanical electrical and automation systems.
• Willingness and ability to travel up to 90% of the time.
• Intermediate proficiency in English both written and verbal.
• A proactive attitude with a strong commitment to customer service.

Tetra Pak provides the following compensation range that in good faith believes it might pay and/or offer for this position. The range displayed reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations.

Ranges are determined by role level and location. Within the range individual pay is defined by work location and additional factors including job-related skills experience and relevant education or training.

This compensation range is based on a full-time schedule. The estimate displayed is just one component of Tetra Paks total compensation package for employees. Other rewards include annual performance bonus competitive benefits and work-related allowances.

Annual Base Salary Range (ABS): $60100.00 $86400.00.

Short-term Incentive/Bonus (Variable Pay): Eligible to performance incentive of 10% of ABS.
