Job Summary
Scale is looking for a Quality Lead to ensure top-tier data quality across our Generative AI this role you will partner directly with Scales Delivery teams to ensure that the Quality Teams core operation runs smoothly and that only high-quality data is delivered to our customers.
You will:
- Lead and develop teams of quality control auditors.
- Partner with delivery teams to interpret and improve customer requirements.
- Oversee day-to-day operations including workload allocation and reporting insights.
- Establish and uphold scalable best practices.
- Drive initiatives that improve quality efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Ideally youd have:
- A Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering Operations or a related field.
- 2 years improving operational/technical processes.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills (particularly in SQL and Google Sheets / Excel) with attention to detail.
- Experience building systems and processes
- A hands-on background in product management software development or top-tier management consulting.
- Proven experience taking initiative in cross-functional technical environments.
Nice to haves:
- Masters degree in Computer Science Engineering Operations or a related field.
- A hands-on background in quality assurance
- Experience in AI/ML services.
- Experience in a fast-growing less-structured startup environment.
- Experience building teams from the ground up.
Compensation packages at Scale for eligible roles include base salary equity and benefits. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position and may be inclusive of several career levels at Scale; it will be determined during the interview process based on work location and additional factors including job-related skills experience qualifications interview performance and relevant education or training. Scale employees in eligible roles are also granted equity based compensation subject to Board of Director approval. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process and confirm whether the hired role will be eligible for equity grant. Youll also receive benefits including but not limited to: comprehensive health dental and vision coverage retirement benefits a learning and development stipend and generous PTO. $109600 - $137000 USD
