Salary relative to experience and ranges from $84659 to $92701 super
This opportunity is open to all NSW Government employees
The role
This role supports the effective safe and customer-focused operation of workplace environments providing responsive frontline services to staff and visitors. You will manage a range of enquiries and service requests ensuring timely accurate and consistent service delivery across multiple systems and channels.
Working collaboratively with internal teams building management and service providers you will assist with coordinating workplace services maintaining records and supporting administrative processes. You will also contribute to workplace safety and emergency management activities ensuring compliance and supporting a productive and well-functioning environment.

What you will bring to the role
Strong customer service skills with the ability to manage varied enquiries and deliver timely accurate outcomes
Demonstrated ability to plan prioritise and adapt to changing demands in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication and teamwork skills with the ability to work collaboratively and build effective stakeholder relationships
What is an essential requirement:
Current Australian Driver Licence
Ability and willingness to travel within NSW
