They should have strong experience with lean manufacturing six sigma and hands-on process development across assembly environments. Focused on process improvement supporting new product introductions and digging into root-cause issues without blinking. Mechanical aptitude matters here this isnt a sit-behind-a-desk role. Think tooling fixtures equipment and real-world problem solving. Keywords to focus on would be lean six sigma process improvement NPI PFMEA control plans root cause assembly tooling fixtures and ERP or SAP.
