Pay:$18.50-$22.50
Schedule: Sunday - Wednesday 2:00pm - 1:00am
Job Summary:
The Yard Specialist is a Certified Motor Vehicle Operator who operates primarily out of the truck yard at the G&C Foods facility. The Yard Specialist is responsible for the fleet of trucks and trailers including placement inspection and general maintenance of the equipment.Essential Functions:
- Performs daily yard equipment inventory at the start of each shift
- Transports equipment to and from maintenance garages as needed
- Updates the dispatch board in Operations as needed
- Cleans trailers internally before loading of product
- Change DEF as needed
- Empty garbage bin near fuel station as needed
- Performs other functions as needed or directed by Transportation Management
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED preferred
- FL CDL-A preferred
