• This is an in-person field-based role (not remote)

About the Role

IH2O is a well-established environmental solutions company specializing in residential water treatment systems. We are currently seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Customer Sales Solutions Specialist.

In this role you will meet with homeowners through pre-scheduled appointments perform water quality assessments and recommend customized solutions that improve water quality health and home efficiency.

What Youll Do

• Conduct in-home environmental assessments
• Educate homeowners on common environmental issues
• Deliver engaging professional product presentations
• Recommend customizedtreatment solutions
• Assess installation requirements and coordinate with installation teams
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Follow up with customers post-sale to ensure satisfaction and generate referrals
• Manage and track leads appointments and sales activity
• Communicate regularly with management on performance and scheduling

• Valid drivers license and reliable vehicle (required)

No prior experience required full training and ongoing support provided.
