A Day in the Life of a Surface Experts Technician: We Offer
Pay range of $20 - $30 per hour includesbase pay bonuses (listed below)
Monthly performance-based bonuses
Monthly bonus depending on add-on repairs
Annual bonus
Paid training with a raise upon demonstration of ability to work independently
No weekends late nights or evenings

What Youll Do
Perform on-site cosmetic small surface repairs (chips scratches burns etc.) utilizing our unique 5-step process in commercial and residential properties such as apartments hotels and senior living communities.
Work hands-on with your custom toolkit to fix surfaces and problem-solve repairs creatively and efficiently
Identify and recommend additional repair opportunities (add-ons)
Collaborate with the support team with questions
Display world-class customer service for tenants and property management staff
Manage your daily schedule and job updates through our system
Maintain tools materials and company vehicle
What Were Looking For
Experience working with your hands - whether in construction painting manufacturing or DIY projects
Strong color perception and matching ability (color accuracy is key in what we do)
Reliable accountable and excited to learn new repair techniques

We combine old school skill sets with new technology and products resulting in a durable and appealing repair all provided with a smile.
Most repairs are simple and smaller than a dinner plate yet our competition focuses on complete resurfacing. Our objective is a happy customer and a long-term relationship. We focus on saving our customers time money and wasted materials that end up in a landfill.
Our typical repair requires only 1 to 2 tablespoons of product so our technicians can carry their entire set of tools and equipment in a small vehicle. Our approach is clean and free of odors in less than two hours.
